Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is sold out or you request a specific colour, an order can take up to 12 weeks to manufacture in season time. Please indicate if an order is urgent.

Delivery within South Africa

We deliver throughout South Africa using a trusted courier service.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major cities: 3-5 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Please check your details carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier company.

International Shipping

Shipping will be handled by an International Courier which will deliver your order safely, securely and quickly. You can expect delivery within 10-12 business days of shipping (excluding any delay time at Customs). International customers will be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges applied by their country.
